What are your hours of operation?

By appointment only. General hours are 10AM-8PM.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept credit or debit cards. One single payment method only, no split payments.

What is considered and Event?

Events such as classes, workshops, meetings and model calls have a three-hour minimum with 7 or more guests. Please feel free to contact shannonbishopbooking@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Can I book a session for just one hour?

We have a two-hour minimum to book a session. There is a three-hour minimum to book for Events. Unfortunately, there is not an option to book by the half hour.

Can I extend my booked session during a shoot?

Yes! You can extend your booked session directly from our website, if the time you’re requesting is available, for an additional $50/hour.

How do I access The Space after I book?

Each booking will receive a unique code to unlock the lockbox located in the rear of the building.

What equipment and props are available?

We have an 11ft. high x 9ft. wide mounted backdrop wall with white and fashion grey paper backdrops available to use (if you’re not going seamless). Make your backdrop seamless for an ‘add on’ of $20 when booking (includes any of the current paper roll color choices). There is a 7ft. x high 7ft. wide movable backdrop. There is a green velvet couch, multiple chairs, stools, potted plants and a painter’s ladder. There are extension cords and Bluetooth speaker system. There is a 20ft. x 20ft. industrial roll-up garage door that lets in tons of natural light! There is an adjustable Godox SL-60W continuous light, an up to 7ft photo studio 600W day light with white umbrella & a ring light available to use. You are more than welcome to bring your own backdrops, props and your own lighting.

Can equipment be unloaded in the rear of the building?

Absolutely! Just open the garage door and unload any big equipment.

What about recording any video or sound in the studio?

You can, at times audio can be difficult due to the high ceilings in the back area and may also pick up noise when the garage door is open.

Is there available parking?

Yes! There is a free lot with unlimited parking available at all times.

Are food and drinks allowed in the studio?

Yes. There is a mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker.

Can I do mini sessions in the Studio once I’ve booked my Studio time?

You sure can!

What kind of wardrobe change area do you have?

We have a heavy duty wardrobe rack for hanging your wardrobe and an area to get changed in.

What is your refund policy?

A full refund (minus the administrative fee) will be issued if you cancel 48 hours prior to the reserved booking. If the cancellation of the reserved booking is less than 48 hours, there will be no refund issued.

Membership Policy FAQ

When using your membership, there needs to be at least a 48 hour notice (or more) in order to cancel any hours pre-booked. This will maintain your membership hours, otherwise those hours will be considered used and there is no refund.
